Friendly and Helpful Staff
We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff at Allegroitalia. They were always ready to assist, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Whether it was recommending local attractions or helping us with our luggage, they were always there with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service.

The location of the hotel is very near to the Duomo. It takes only 15 minutes walking through the shops in Milan which is really enjoyable. Excellent service at the hotel, people in charge are speaking english and are really helpful and kind. We definitely recommend it.

Hotel's location is good, but the nearest metro station is 800 m away, but trams are closer and easy to use. Also Naviglio is really close, it takes 10 min. to walk there. Really nice place to go on the evenings.
The hotel room was too small. There was only a bed and a small table. With a bigger luggage it would have been impossible to open the luggage on the floor! The bathroom was okay, but also that one was quite small.

This hotel is a great find! The rooms are clean and in very good condition, with comfortable beds. The location is superb, as it is near the city centre and easily reached by a short walk. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff members are friendly and provide excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
No negative aspects found, everything was excellent.

Location! Thats it!
I know the rooms are small in Europe but this was joke! We had to put the chair on the bed to get the bags to the other side etc...... walls very damaged and very little noise protection between rooms. Room was smoky although requested non smoking plus breakfast was not good.

Me and my husband enjoyed our time in Idea hotel Milano Corso Genova. The room was a bit small, but we had no problem at all with it(and my husband is 1.98m tall!!!) The staff was very helpful, the room was very very clean, the breakfast was very tasty. But the most important is that this hotel is very close to the center of Milan, close to all the good shops, so we went everywhere on foot. We would recomment this hotel to all of you looking for a nice hotel to stay in Milan!!!
Everything was great, we had no problem at all !!!

The location of this hotel is quite reasonable. It's only a 15-20 minute walk into the center, and it's near several tram lines which go directly to the main attractions. The staff at this hotel was very helpful and attentive to our needs. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms at this hotel may be small, but they are clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The price for this hotel was very reasonable. We paid £90 for 2 nights, including breakfast, which was a great deal.
That the rooms are a bit small, but it was manageable for a short city visit.

It is one of the best hotel I lived in Europe. Clean and quiet, location is good and the staffs are really helpful during my stay. Breakfast is ok and needs some more hot food, like egg.
The only problem is that there was only one man at the reception around 3pm when everyone is checking in. It was chaos during that time.

The hotel is conveniently located between two key attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooms are clean and modern, with good bathrooms. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and was particularly enjoyable.
The rooms are quite small, which may make it challenging for guests with larger luggage. The internet charges are excessive, and it would be more convenient if free Wi-Fi was provided.

The hotel was in a very good location - an easy 15 mins walk to the main part of the city and Duomo through some nice streets with old buildings. It was also @ 10 mins walk to the popular area with restaurants and bars, providing a good selection of places to eat & drink with a variety of prices. The staff were helpful and polite and the rooms were kept very clean. Other users had commented that the rooms were too small. They were on the small side, as is the case with many hotels in the bigger cities in Europe - but if you're visiting a city like Milan you shouldn't be planning to spend all your time in a hotel room! Overall we found it to be good value for money and easy to get around. We'd stay here again.

Great value for money. the location is central, walking distance to the main attractions and shops. the continental breakfast was a nice touch with a variety of choices including pastries and fresh fruit. the staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations.
The rooms were quite small with limited space for luggage. the heating was a bit too high and made the room stuffy at times.

Idea Hotel Milano Corso Genova is centrally located just a ten minute walk to the Duomo di Milano and all the shopping you can imagine. The room was clean and prepared well, as well as the outdoor hotel parking was very nice. The “breakfast included” was a nice assortment with plenty of fresh fruit. Overall a good stay, just don’t ask for any assistance
The reception staff lost a point when I asked about restaurants in the area. Both front desk computers were slow and they were willing to stop assisting at that point. I had to ask for a phone book “old school” and look up restaurants myself – not speaking or reading Italian made for a difficult task. Additionally, even though we had a fifth floor room, I heard all the street noise through the night. I initially thought the street facing window was open, I could here so clearly. When I mentioned this to the morning desk staffer he said “you should have mentioned the noise to the night staff” not sure what the difference that would have made. I was not looking for any comp – just stating a fact.
